Victor Patterson, Managing Director of Harvard Group International, is a versatile and accomplished HR Executive and founder of the VRP Group, LLC, a Human Resources consultancy. A turnaround specialist, Victor’s career includes experience in sales, operations management, human resources, and entrepreneurship. His accomplishments include turning around under-performing businesses and cultures while advancing professional careers of diverse talent.

Victor is recognized as a business professional practicing human resources with over 15 years of impacting people strategies for global, large and mid-sized organizations. He has supported corporate functions along with dispersed, multi-unit business entities across the US. Strategically, he has provided counsel and coaching to executives and business unit leaders that resulted in the alignment of employee performance and corporate objectives. He is passionate about recruiting and developing talent. His leadership has impacted talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning and other areas associated with retaining the best employees.
Most recently, Victor served as Vice President of Human Resources with H.B. Fuller. In this position, he led people strategy and implementation for a global business unit. His areas of responsibility included employee experience, talent acquisition, and talent management/development. Amongst the initiatives successfully led by Victor was leading the due diligence process for multiple corporate acquisitions (M&A) and the implementation of three Employee Resources Groups, two of which he expanded into Latin America, and the enterprise’s Employee Engagement and Listening strategy.
Victor received a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics from Rockford University as well as an MBA from the University of St. Francis. He serves as a Board of Trustee for the University of St. Francis and co-chairs the Mission Committee. Additionally, he is a Board Director of Reve Academy (Minneapolis) and Advisor Board Member for Solomon Hughes, Sr. Golf Academy (Minneapolis). He is an avid golfer, bicyclist, enjoys traveling and is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
