Prior to joining HGI, Mike was the Vice President of Executive Search at CBS and Paramount, where he spearheaded senior-level searches across the corporation. Previously, he launched his career in executive search with a firm that focuses in media and entertainment after building impressive rapport as a sportswriter and producer for ABC Sports, ESPN.com, MLB.com and NBC Sports.
Mike brings a distinctive perspective to HGI with his industry experience and insights gained. A relationship builder, he has earned a reputation for establishing strong bonds and trust with his clients, candidates and partners by delivering and exceeding expectations. His expertise extends across various executive functions, including marketing, sales, human resources, communications, technology, legal, ecommerce and finance. Mike earned both his Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Master of Science in Sports Business at New York University. He lives just outside New York City with his wife and twin daughters, who share his interests in sports, cooking and travel.
