Laura Wolman is a Senior Leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. She has a demonstrated history of working in multiple industries, effectively building and leading teams inside organizations of varying sizes and proactively helping them develop successful hiring and retention strategies. Her expertise includes professional development, management through influence, negotiation, consulting, and team building.
Prior to joining Harvard Group International, Laura most recently was a Principal in Talent Acquisition for Korn Ferry and Capgemini, and a Vice President at a Commercial Real Estate company; Throughout her career, she has assembled and enhanced the organizational structure of several Fortune 500 companies including Bed Bath & Beyond, Cablevision Systems, and Steve and Barry’s University Sportswear.
Throughout her tenure, Laura’s passion and love for talent acquisition has grown exponentially as she still takes great pleasure in pairing candidates and employers, while creating long-term success for both the individual and the organization. She is a native New Yorker and relocated with her husband Craig and two children to Arizona in 2016. She received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family.
