Whilst based in Europe, the geographical split on search assignments executed was: UK and Western Europe, 36%; Central/Eastern Europe & Russia, 24%; Africa & the Middle East, 30%; and the remaining 10% of activity in the Indian sub-continent and Asia Pacific. 70% of all assignments executed were for overseas positions and the ratio of local national placements to expatriates was 40:60 on international assignments, securing repeat business from 80% of Clients.
Martin’s 18 years in the international arena brings a diverse wealth of experience and knowledge to HGI and its clients. Experienced and at ease working with national Presidents, government ministers and corporate executives alike, he has earned a flawless reputation for delivery and ‘partnership’ with Clients. He has also assisted many US corporations with their overseas expansion and/or recovery activities, guiding and advising on market entry strategy and execution, as well as government relations and affairs, in markets across Africa and Eastern/Central Europe.
