Clemont “Clem” Johnson serves as Senior Managing Director of Harvard Group International with more than 30 years of experience in Senior Human Resources Management and Senior Level recruiting. Successfully leading a team of recruiters, he uses his valuable expertise, knowledge of corporate cultures and background to assist clients with their Senior Level staffing needs, ensuring they find the right person for the right job. He also maintains a very strong contact network with key industry leaders and colleagues.
Prior to joining Harvard Group International, Clem was a Franchise Owner of Snelling Staffing Services. He also served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for OFS (formerly Lucent Technologies) and in various Senior HR Management roles for ExxonMobil and International Paper Company.
Clem has demonstrated success in solving his clients’ staffing needs because he has spent many years of his career on that side of the table. He prides himself on understanding the importance of Diversity in the workplace. Leading Harvard Group International’s Diversity Recruiting Practice, he and his team of experienced Diversity Recruiters take the time to understand clients’ unique diversity goals and provide “best in class” talent for each role.
Clem has served on the SHRM Atlanta Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alcorn State University and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. He resides in Johns Creek, Georgia, with his wife, enjoys golf and is an avid sports fan.
