ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and highly collaborative Vice President of Digital Strategic Initiatives to drive cross-functional projects that blend technology, continuous innovation, and client experience. Acting as the firm’s cross-functional quarterback, this executive will drive enterprise-level projects that connect technology, data, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-disciplinary initiatives across engineering, marketing technology, operations, and M&A.
- Act as strategic and technical owner of digital initiatives involving AI, automation, CRM, and advisor enablement tools.
- Champion AI progress within the organization, partnering closely with business and technology leadership.
- Evaluate, prototype, and implement modern technologies including AI/ML frameworks, automation tools, and low-code platforms.
- Drive technology integration for acquisitions, overseeing data migration, platform harmonization, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Client Experience teams to co-design scalable, client-centric digital strategies.
- Oversee third-party technology partners and offshore vendors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) and vendor evaluations to identify tools that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in software or systems engineering, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth RIA, fintech, or financial services environment.
- Proven success leading transformative, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to execution.
- Deep expertise in software engineering, APIs, integrations, project management, and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC); strong knowledge of CRM architecture and optimization.
- Familiarity with wealthtech ecosystems such as HubSpot, Regal.io, Tamarac, Envestnet, Addepar, or Orion.
- Working knowledge of data systems (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse) and AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, StackAI, RAG).
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Mulesoft, custom API integrations).
- Experience managing technology integration during mergers and acquisitions, including data migration and post-close onboarding.
- Strong understanding of the RIA/financial services business model, client lifecycle, and regulatory/compliance environment.

COMPENSATION
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
