ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing specific projects to ensure they align with company strategy and goals. Key duties include tracking job profitability, managing post-purchase order activities (such as CAD packages, supply chain, production scheduling, and on-site customer training), collaborating with CAD detailers, conducting customer interviews for product development, and overseeing field installation and consultation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee project direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Track job profitability and manage post-purchase order activities, including CAD packages, supply chain, production scheduling, warehousing, and on-site customer training.
  • Collaborate with CAD detailers for elevation drawings and new part creation.
  • Conduct customer interviews for product development focused on ease of installation.
  • Engage in field installation and consultation activities both pre-bid and post-delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of relevant experience or technical training in structural engineering, steel detailing, or civil engineering. (Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, particularly in fence installation.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with customers.
  • Experience reading and deciphering CAD Drawings (2-D & 3-D CAD detailers for all Elevation drawing requirements) cross functionally with Sales, Engineer, Procurement, Etc.
  • Track record of stellar record keeping and note taking to provide transparency to all facets of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and other data management tools.

COMPENSATION

A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
