ROLE OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager is the strategic human resources partner to leaders and employees. This role acts as a transformative HR leader, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies that drive performance excellence while supplying executive level advising to internal clients. The position serves as a liaison and partners with various HR center of excellence teams in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, training and development, to deliver transformative and innovative human resources solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute human resources strategies as a team, addressing the current and future direction of the company.
- Provide strategic business advisory consulting to executive/senior business leaders to foster best-in-class talent strategies, align talent management practices, and enhance workforce and organizational effectiveness in support of the evolving business.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to build and drive talent acquisition and retention strategies for unique and high-demand roles.
- Strengthen talent bench and succession planning through consulting on onboarding, engagement, development, movement, performance assessment, compensation, and rewards.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are a Tactical Leader: You have 10+ years of human resources experience, preference for manufacturing environments with 3+ years in HR leadership roles.
- You are a Risk Mitigator: You proactively recognize risks and use appropriate resources to minimize or mitigate them. You have in-depth knowledge of labor law compliance, including STATE/FEDERAL regulations, ADA, EEO, FMLA, CFRA, LOA, COBRA, FAA/DOT, etc.
- You are an Impactful Influencer: You can drive action and accountability in others, leveraging your impact and influence. You thrive in environments of change and ambiguity, adapting to achieve team goals. Preference will be given to those with experience in a Private Equity environment.
- You are a Comprehensive HR Professional: You have full-cycle HR experience, demonstrating excellence in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement strategies.
- You are Well-Educated: You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or you have 8 years of relevant work experience. You have recent experience utilizing UKG and possess expert knowledge of Excel. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
COMPENSATION
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
