ROLE OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key partner to leadership and employees across the organization. This role will provide comprehensive HR support in areas including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and HR process administration. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related questions and concerns.
- Support HR initiatives that drive business objectives, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job description development, interview coordination, and candidate screening.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with safety teams to ensure adherence to OSHA, FAA, and other safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or aviation industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Experience working with HRIS systems; UKG experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
COMPENSATION
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
