ROLE OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and hands-on HR leader supporting designated business units. This role translates business strategy into actionable people priorities that drive performance, leadership capability, and sustainable growth. Operating within a lean, growth-oriented HR team, the HRBP balances strategic partnership with operational execution. The role requires strong business acumen, the ability to influence leaders, and hands-on ownership of employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP helps ensure the right talent, structures, and leadership capability are in place to support both organic and acquisition-driven growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Translate business strategy into workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives.
- Elevate leadership capability, performance expectations, and accountability.
- Coach managers on feedback, development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and consistency.
- Identify talent risks, succession gaps, and retention challenges proactively.
- Support and execute performance management and talent planning cycles.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Leverage data and workforce insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Drive disciplined execution and follow-through across people initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnership.
- Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
- Consulting mindset with executive presence and the ability to connect talent to business outcomes
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

COMPENSATION
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
